| 1 cup all-purpose flour | |
| ½ cup chopped pecans | |
| ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened) | |
| 1 cup Rossmoor Cocoa Powder | |
| 2 cups powdered sugar | |
| 8oz cream cheese (softened) | |
| 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping (thawed) | |
| 2 ¾ cups milk |
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, pecans, and butter.
Press into a 9x9 inch baking dish.
Bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool completely.

Prepare chocolate layer:
In a medium bowl, beat together cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and cream cheese.
Gradually mix in 1 cup of milk. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
Mark as complete

Layer and chill:
Spread the chocolate mixture over the cooled crust.
Top with remaining whipped topping.
Chill for several hours or until set.
