2 beef steaks (sirloin/ribeye, 1-inch thick)
3 tbsp Key Brand DP Steak Sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 bsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste

Directions

Prep Steaks:
Pat steaks dry, season generously with salt and pepper.
Brush both sides with 1 tbsp Key Brand DP Steak Sauce.

Sear Perfectly:
Heat oil in cast-iron skillet over HIGH heat until smoking.
Add steaks, cook undisturbed for 3-4 mins per side for medium-rare (adjust time for thickness).

Sauce & Rest:
Reduce heat to low, add butter and remaining 2 tbsp steak sauce to pan.
Spoon sauce over steaks for 1 minute. Transfer to a plate, rest 5 mins before slicing.
