2 ½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp Rossmoor Yeast
1 tsp suga
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water (110°F/45°C)
2 tbsp olive oil
Toppings:
200g minced beef/chicken
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup Key brand pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp Rossmoor dried oregano
1 tsp Rossmoor Baking Powder (for fluffier crust - optional)
Rossmoor basil leaves (garnish)
Chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Make the Dough:
In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and Rossmoor Yeast. Let sit for 5 mins until frothy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead for 5-7 mins until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour (or until doubled).

Cook the Mince:
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add mince, breaking it up, until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Drain excess fat.

Assemble Pizza:
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Punch down dough, roll into a 12-inch circle, and place on a greased tray. Spread pizza sauce, then add mince, cheese, and cherry tomatoes.

Bake:
Bake for 12-15 mins until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
Garnish with Rossmoor basil leaves and chili flakes.

Notes

Extra Fluffy Crust: Add 1 tsp Rossmoor Baking Powder to the dough.
Crispy Base: Pre-bake crust for 5 mins before adding toppings.
Substitutes: Use lamb mince or mushrooms for variation.
